Quintans, a comprehensive real estate developer, was created in 2010 with the aim of building functional and high-quality urban projects.
The job was for Espai, a real estate venture in the Barracas area. Given the premium profile, we created the brand from scratch, creating the name, the logo design, the brand manual and graphic advertising. During the creative process, we present the client with mockups of corporate templates to strengthen their brand image.
